Our R&D team consists of over 20 senior engineers, with core members each possessing more than 10 years of experience in the sealing industry. Their expertise covers areas such as highperformance material development, precision structural design, advanced manufacturing processes, and automation control.

The team has long been dedicated to research and application development in sealing technologies under complex working conditions, with a focus on addressing key challenges including:
