What are multi-material composite rubber products? They refer to composite structural components formed by molding rubber together with one or more other materials in a mold, resulting in a tightly bonded assembly. In general, industrial structural components are assembled from multiple parts. Examples of composite rubber products include O-rings, rubber sealing rings, rubber sheets, rubber diaphragms, and metal‑encased rubber parts, among others.

Engineering new materials are essential raw materials for manufacturing high-performance seals. These materials exhibit superior properties and specialized functions; structural materials leverage their mechanical characteristics—such as strength, toughness, hardness, temperature resistance, and elasticity—to address sealing challenges under various operating conditions. Examples of engineering new materials include PTFE tubing, food-grade PTFE tubing, PU polyurethane tubing, PEEK, ultra‑high‑molecular‑weight PE, EPDM rubber, nylon, and phenolic‑impregnated fabrics. Regarding seal material performance, PTFE compounded with copper powder, carbon fiber, glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite offers improved sliding behavior, a low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, superior creep resistance, strong compressive strength, and outstanding extrusion resistance.

Its product portfolio includes brake friction pads, wear‑resistant pads, motor oil seals, sealing components, and wind‑turbine rubber plates. The friction pad BP‑K02‑03, developed by Xin Zhi Sealing, remains intact even after edge chipping or failure, thereby preventing fragmented material from scratching the yaw gear ring and ensuring continuous yaw guidance, thus avoiding abrasive contact between steel structural components.
