Engineered for extreme service conditions, the GTDI metallic gasket is a premium sealing solution designed to deliver uncompromising reliability in high-temperature, high-pressure applications. Utilizing a multi-layered, corrugated core construction manufactured from select stainless steels or specialized alloys, it provides exceptional resilience and recovery against thermal cycling and flange movement. The core is integrally bonded to precision-cut, non-asbestos sealing faces, which combine robust mechanical strength with superior conformability to flange surfaces.
The GTDI is specifically optimized for demanding environments found in sectors such as oil & gas processing, petrochemical refining, power generation, and heavy industrial machinery. It excels in sealing flanges for turbines, heat exchangers, reactors, and critical pipeline connections where media include aggressive chemicals, superheated steam, or combustible hydrocarbons.
The series is in conformity with ISO 7425/I, GB/T15242.1 and GB/T15242.3
