Three parts of a dispensing valve sealing system
The first part is the outer jacket. The outer jacket is the main sealing surface that contacts glue or slurry. The exact filling direction should still be reviewed by media composition, particles, temperature, pressure, and movement type.
The second part is the energizer. Stable sealing force depends on how the energizer performs during repeated movement. Pneumatic jetting valves may add higher temperature, solvent corrosion, and needle impact. Screw valves may face particles, rotation, and slurry wear.
